“I have been reading Kay Arthur's book How to Study Your Bible so this was not really new to me, I would definitely recommend it to someone else over Kay's book as it simplifies what she is going into mundane depth to explain. I personally feel I need to devote more time to breaking down the history of the book I am reading, the reason, the where and whys also need to give myself more time to listen to the Holy Spirit speak on each and every verse I read, I really got a lot out of it but especially enjoyed and will apply this part~~ What make Sherlock Holmes a great detective was the fact that he was willing to suspend his preconceived notions and let the clues shape his final conclusions. A good Bible student will be no different.”
